My Grandparents have told me this is true. Both of there parents died at least by 100's. it is also consider good luck , but I don't know.........what do you think?

I think they just told you that because you have big ears also.
They just wanted you to accept the fact that you have big ears.

Two ways of looking at this: 1) In ancient times when humans had to flee from wild predators, bigger ears probably helped them to better hear the predators coming and therefore run before the small-ear people did, and that's how they survived longer in the wild. 2) Your grandparents have both the genes that made them live very long and the genes that made have large ears. Total coincidence.

It is said that people with larger ear lobes are good listeners. Perhaps by listening more than talking they are happier and healthier giving way to longer lives.

The size of your ears does not determine how old you grow to be or when you die and big ears doesn't determine luck either.

I have not heard anything about big ears.
But, did you know that women that have
big feet (for their body size) have an easier
time when giving birth. I have size 12 shoe
size and both my deliveries where very easy.

i think its true because my grate grandma had very very small ears and she did die at 79 and my grategrandfather died just last year at 99 with big ears to but his twin brother is still living but its ur chose to think u beleave it

folk in Thailand believe people with bigger ears live longer. I had mine pinned back so am worried i`ve knocked years off!

ears never stop growing, neither does the nose.so the bigger the ears and/or nose the longer you have lived or like you said will live

If this were true, big eared dogs like beagles, and other animals like elephants woud live FOREVER.

Genetics, and always being at the right place at the right time (i.e. not a victim in an freak-accident, of crime, not working in carcinogenic environments, etc. — you get the idea.).
