i have dark hair and i want some cute color for my nails that would look good on me(or cute designes for the nails)...people said since its summer to go bright but other people say neutrals....idunno!

If you have dark hair I would definately go with something bright and bold like a bright magenta, red or maroon. Designs...well, now it is more bold colors than designs. In the spring I would go with a light pink with diamond (fake) flower designs. They come in packs and you can stick them on your nail easily.

Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan both wear an OPI color called "lincon park after dark" - its a very dark purple. If it is applied correctly, is very glossy, and has no chips - it can look very dignified. Good luck!
