Not necessarily.

You will need: Wireless NIC for you PCs / Laptop to connect to your new router.

I assume that the new router can act as a DHCP server and set the IP address of your clients, and that you can access the router (via its IP address) to set the broadband settings it will need to connect to the ADSL line.

If so, sell the BT one on Ebay

Does the new router state that it has a modem built in? If so you don't need another modem. Keep for emergencies? In event of power cut, if you use a laptop, the modem can be hitched up, if it is USB and powered from the computer. The wireless connection will fail if a power cut occurs

Nah, but make sure you have a wireless network card in your lappy or PC!!!! Or you will be buggered!
