I am a 30 year old woman who started to have sex at 24 years old ( late I know) and did not enjoy my first experience. I later went to Bali, Indonesia and found many willing lovers who were able to satisfy my needs. Later I turned into a nymphomaniac who worked on cruise ships which was able to help me meet many men and women. I have currently had sex with over 300 men and 50 women and am still craving more! I have never had a real relationship lasting over 3 months with anyone. I need help! This obsession is running my life! Thanks

Unfortunately the only real pleasure in your life seems to be sexual gratification.It is hard to give something up when it is as satisfying as sex. If you seek counseling you may find that your addiction has nothing to do with sex at all,it may be a control issue or something else entirely.So please get professional help before it is too late.

1. use protection.
2. go to a psychiatrist. what god are the suggestions of us unknowing people.
3. if you had the money for that cruise, certainly you have money for a shrink.
4. donate your money to charity so that those sex trips of yours would be no longer possible.
5. get a chastity belt and give your grandmother the key, surely she wouldn't want to open it

I suggest you go get counseling, see a shrink or something if you really want to change...don't depend on a message board for real solutions to a complex psychological problem...
