Darrell Jackson is the no-brainer of the 5 you listed. After that, I would pick Andre Johnson, mainly by process of elimination.
You would not take Rod Smith, because, while consistent, has the worst chance of who you listed to give you those breakout games; he's not going to be a #1 option.
You would not take Plaxico Burress, because he's a stinkin' head case that drops balls left and right. You could have Joe Montana cloned, and if he's throwing to a bumble-clutz, it's not going to do you any good.
Javon Walker, you could make a case for, but he's another head case, in a new system, coming off a major injury. Too many question marks.
You'd pick Andre Johnson, because in a Gary Kubiak offense, he's the WR most likely to benefit. Plus, isn't that where Eric Moulds wound up? That should be enough on the other end of the line to allow Johnson seeing more single coverage. Most of the reason he hasn't busted out more consistently is he is always being double-teamed. I have heard some experts say they could see him finishing top-10. I haven't seen that about any of those other guys.
However, if these are your choices, I would think Johnson would be available in your draft fairly late.

Darrell Jackson and Javon Walker
Walker was clearly brought in to Denver to be the #1 guy- Smith is getting old and Lelie has alligator arms. He was a stud in GB before getting injured, and should have a chance to shine, despite the fact that Plummer is a bum.
Darrell Jackson was injured last year - everyone seems to be forgetting that and is dropping him on their lists. He is Hassleback's favorite target bar none. He's a top 15 WR still.
Andre Johnson would be my #3 on this list. Everything went wrong for Houston last year. Moulds will take some of the pressure off of him and he should rebound.
I'm wary of Plax. It's his 2nd year in NY under drill seargent Coughlin - it's a matter of time before he explodes. Also, after about week 8 last year, defenses figured out how to plan against Plax via a double team. Toomer benefitted from that and Plax suffered.
Rod Smith continues to produce somehow, but I thought he was old 3 years ago. Good #3 option still though. I wouldn't want to rely on him week-to-week.

Darrell Jackson is an easy choice there. Seattle's Passing game is going to be be solid, and he's finally learning how to hold onto the ball. After that, it's a toss up between Burress and Johnson. I'd give the edge to Burress just because Houston has no offensive line, so Carr won't have time to get the ball to Andre.

Dude U take Plaxico man! He is the man Eli throws to and will continue 2 throw 2! There is no 2nd receiver in NY except for Shockey but Eli prefers Plaxico! Plaxico will probably have a better year this year than last year because Eli is in a rythm with him now over this training camp! So Plaxico is definitely a stud u take!
Javon is injury prone now and Rod Smith is old and off his game, and there is question about Plummer this year.
Darrell Who?? Hasselback never throws to him...Jackson had a mediocre year last year! If any wideout u pick from seattle it's Nate Burleson!
Andre Johnson might have a good year with Carr.... but with Moulds now there u don't knbow who Carr would prefer so he is a risky player.

it looks like smith had the best #s for that point scoring, but i'll put burress in front of him for the 1st spot. burress had a good year for the 1st season of the #1 reciever and now he should be ready and experienced. rod smith will take my 2nd position, however. i'm not crazy of the wrs after plax, but he looks well, having the most receptions of the 5, buit definetly expect javon to cut into it, but also, lelie is demanding trades, so although one reciever is gained another is lost, so my top 2 is:
Plax
R.Smith

Plaxico Burress and Darrell Jackson
Because:
1. Better QB
2. Better O-Line to protect their QB (ie: Carr won't get a pass off all year to Johnson)
3. Better running backs to open up the passing game (run the ball to set up the pass.)
The only problem with Jackson is his questionable health problems... he was injured last year and looks to be injury prone again this year.
