I got rid of that a long time ago. It's illegal. Try LimeWire or Rhapsody

Kazaa is illegal, and they just got fined a bunch of money and they are fixin to go Legit and start making their users pay for music

I have never downloaded music here (or anywhere) but I have heard a lot about this site, all negative. If you frequented it you probably should do a spyware scan. They are notorious for being tied in with spyware companies.
As far as recent situations I heard they were successfully sued but I don't know the details.

I dont know. I had the old version and the last time I went there it said that a new version was available and I had to download it to continue using it but I haven't done that yet.
