What are some great easy at home decorations I can make my room look more like me? If my walls are a darker shad of lime/apple green, and bed spread is yellow, the green I told you about and orange. Something to make my friends say WOHH!

go to an art store, buy a canvass and little tubes of paint that match your decor and create your own abstract art - splatter paint, misc lines, circles, whatever. Instant art.
Also go through magazines, find pics you like frame them - viola. Also you can use a calender that you especially like and cut them to the frame size.

Well first of all you could try a nice tall floor lamp with a plain shade and add little strands of beads all around the bottom edge, and a little yellow border ribbon at the top. You could also try getting a few small plain white pillows and get some orange, yellow, or green fabric and cutting the edges of the fabric to cover the pillow. One for the front and one for the back. Then cut slits in both pieces of fabric all around the edges and lay the fabric pieces on each side. Then tie the pieces together around the pillow by the pieces made when you slit the fabric. You can also get a pencil cup or a vase and some orange, green, and yellow tissue paper. Mix glue and water together in a container until you have a milky soup, and cut the tissue paper sheets into small squares. Dip the squares into the mixture and slap them onto the outside of the pencil cup or vase. Overlap the squares and make different color combinations. Let the vase or pencil cup dry. If you used a pencil cup, fill it with pastel pencils, and if you used a vase then fill it with daisys or tiger lilies, or for a nice flower effect that you never have to change and will never die you could use fake flowers. With the colors that you have you could use stencils of Palm Trees on your wall, at the top, to add to the room. Almost anything earthy will work. Good Luck

Well those colors certainly make me stop and go.. OMG!!
Makes me think of the 70s.. so maybe go with a 70's type theme

Put a pop of bright pink color in your room. Or you could get some brightly colored hanging Chinese lanterns.

Have a large nude or semi-nude photo of yourself, (artfully and tastefully done,) hanging on a prominently eye-catching wall. ...a nice sepia print ...or better yet - a charcoal.
You'll knock 'em right out of their swings.

you could get a matching lamp. Curtains could match beadspread...
couple chairs from brookstone and a plasma tv should do it!
