real contractions? I have been hurting all week but this is a different kind of pain I have never felt before.

More than likely they are Braxton Hicks. If they are consistent and start getting closer together I would call my Dr.

If you're almost to term, time your contractions. Real contractions come at regular intervals, both increasing in length and decreasing in time between them. If your pain comes with no certain pattern to it it's probably false labor.
You can always call your doctor or labor and delivery if you're not sure.

probably braxton hicks contractions. If they are real they will get much worse. You'll know.
