In human terms, today is the tomorrow when it was talked about yesterday. Today is also the yesterday to tomorrow. Today is also today. Time is a human element and as you can see can be defined in all scenarios as either today, tomorrow, or yesterday. Therefore, the past, present, and future are all happening at the same time. We just experience them as the now in our human/earthly progression.

Yes. In other parts of the world such as England where they are 5 hours ahead of us. It is 8 pm here (eastern time) and 1 am in London. The middle east is 7 hours ahead of us, and Australia is something like 12 hours ahead of us. So to answer your question, yes. For us it is today, but for London, it is tomorrow.
