I have been married for four years and have always had minor facial break outs. I am insecure about it. Does it really matter? Does it make a girl unattractive?

Seriously though, I had some horrible acne last year and all of my guy friends said they didn't even notice, and they weren't lying or anything, they are the type who'd make fun of me for anything. They said that men don't really notice such things, especially when they're familiar with you in general. I guy meeting you for the first time might notice.

What is unattractive, is your insecurities about it.
Those break outs are just a chemical inbalance in your skin. There are treatments (proactive may be your answer), but check with your dermatologist first.
He has been around for for years, Right?

no way-people only look at themselves a certain way like you focus on you pimples other people with braces focus on that, but guys look at the whole picture and the ones that dont are shallow and are not worth your time.

Getting rid of stress is the best remedy though.

No, it only means you have oily skin. Other people don't see blemishes the way we do - and good makeup should conceal the blotches.
