How do you make a proper 20 foot wooden flag pole and erect it?

The New Yankee Workshop did a wooden flagpole last year. Check out their website for instructions, it was pretty cool.

Wow....That's a lot of info in a short time. I'll tell you what...I saw Norm Abram on This Old House, or some other program...no....it was definitely New Yankee Workshop. He did a real nice job, step by step. Keep in mind, Norm has more tools than God !
