Hockey is not a US sport as your question implies it. Football is popular around here. So is basketball, but again, the game was invented by Canadians. Toronto Raptors is part of the NBA circus and starting next year we'll also have a MSL franchise (but soccer cannot be called a US sport either). Lacrosse is also popular. Is that ******? I doubt it.

I found out recently that Lacrosse is actually the National sport of Canada. I always thought hockey was but it's not.

A lot...I'm not sure what you consider US sports, but there is a wide variety of sports which are popular in Canada.
Soccer, basketball, ultimate frisbee, beach v-ball, v-ball...
