They are not dumb, if they saw you swallowing something, duh!

Get a search warrant and have the items removed. They obviously saw you swallowing the drugs.

cops and courts can do any damn thing they want ifs it right or wrong does not matter they shouldn't b able 2 since they didn't see the drugs but like i said before
