Using proportions

1.7/1 = (15 1/3)/x
Cross multiply and you get 1.7x = 15 1/3 so x = 9 1/51 minutes

About 9 minutes per mile. You call that running?

1.7 miles in 920 s
so 1 mile in 920/1.7 s
= 541.18 s
= 9 mins 1.18s
