if he was really heroic he wouldn't charge people to see his movie.i think he cares about wealth more and is basically exploiting it for his personal selfish gains.it's only his theory.only first hand eye-witnesses have seen a part of the truth.

Somewhere in the middle, closer to "heroic crusader". But obviously biased.

I say closer to "heroic crusader" because at least he stands up against the right-wing media bias, even if he goes overboard in doing so. We need Michael Moore, as long as we don't idolize him and excuse his excesses.

Certainly he's a solid American patriot, something we could use a lot more of in this era of blind "Support Our Troops" propaganda.

Probably a bit of both. I found "Bowling for Columbine" and "Farenheit 911" both to be fascinating, entertaining documentaries with a lot of comedy too. In the latter (911) I found it hilarious the way George Bush was reading to kids at the time that he was quietly informed about the World Trade Centres. This dumb look came over his face and he just carried on with reading, not knowing what else to do.

Heroic crusader. I've read two of his books, seen his films and there are so many facts, that have been researched, which he utilises. What he says makes much sense to me.

i don't know that you should use "crusader" and "hero" in the same reference. But if I had to choose, I think he's a great muckraker, so the first one would be my choice.
