I'm in 12th grade too, in a school full of preps and the best advice I can give you is to not become friends with them. Preps are usually jerks, inconsiderate, selfish, backstabbers and morons. Don't look for friends because of labels. Make friends with people you like not because of the way they talk, how much money they have, and what they wear.

Let me tell you something, if they are not nice people and you dont really know them, dont try to!! Trust me, I was a prep in high school and unless you dont have friends at all you dont need to change clicks. After you graduate and move on to college, every one is an equal, trust me no one cares who used to be popular or who was prom queen. Stop trying to impress these people, they are only cool becuase you give them the power to be cool. You are as good as they are and dont think they are better because of thier clothes or the status. Honey, life is too short to be stressed out about that kind of thing. Be confident in who you are and enjoy the friends you have. They are the ones that see you for who you really are and not the person you are trying to be. Love the life you live, live the life you love.

Hello? Why would you want to even think of being friends with preps? They're PREPS! For pete's sake. Ya know, if you wanna be friends with them, you must be one too.
