I have a bad habit of scratching them and that makes it worse, but now i need to get rid of the scars and don't know what to do.
How do I treat the scars that zits leave behind, if you pop them?

The scars i am talking about are the dark brownish/light brownish ones.

I had really bad marks on my skin from picking at my pimples when I was in junior high I have caramel skin and I thought it would never go away. I got Proactiv. I didnt even have acne when I started using it, just marks and it got rid of them. It took some time like months but they will go away honey its the toner that fades them away.

Neutragena has a new product out for treatment of acne scars that's pretty effective.

use proactive it worked for me b/c i have the same problem, i hate to see the bumps so i pick them and i hate to see scars but i can't help it. But u need to be patient and use it everyday

use peroxide at least that's what ppl tell me or cocoa butter
