My friend says he does and that's why he says he doesnt wear shorts. I dont understand why he doesnt where shorts but is it possible to have one?

your friend is putting you on. he really meant centimeters which would translate in to about 16 inches. Which would be about 2 inches longer than Mandingo of West Coast Productions Video

It is NOT possible to be born with and have a natural penis that is 40 inches. Do you know how long 40 inches is? Your friend is lieing. If he has a 40 inch penis then you would know it! The biggest penis that I have ever heard of was like 15 inches.

It is actually possible. It usually depends on how fast the blood flows to the penis and cause an enlargement. This is actually quite dangerous. Never tried it at home.
