Stephen King:
"The Green Mile", "The Eyes of the Dragon", and "The Shining" were my favorites.
John Grisham:
"The Firm", "Pelican Brief", and "A Time to Kill" were good...
Dean Koontz:
"Watchers" might be my favorite book of all time...I also liked "Dragon Tears" and "Lightning".

The Stand is King's best book. You should try reading Jonathan Kellerman novels.

Personally, I hate both authors. They should be in rehab right now but thats my opinion. I recommend:
Stephen King for It, the DRagon's eye, and pretty much nothing else.
