Delias.com and Alloy.com are really great online stores that aren't that expensive. They have really cute clothes and at reasonable prices. Also try Forever21.com and WetSeal.com.

Heh, this is so funny because yesterday, I found someone on Yahoo! Answers who just opened up an online clothing store, with cute clothes for juniors in regular and plus sizes for good prices. You could check her store out - www.bdbfashions.com.
You could also look at Kohl's, JC Penny's, or Charlotte Russe :)

I know in the store old navy can be pricy, but online, the have a "bargans" link. it has everything you can imagine. shirts for $3 and what not. very good prices! check it out!
