bodybuilding at home or do i need to go to a gym?

If you want a body that people will notice, it will take time. You can start seeing results in 6 weeks or sooner if you apply yourself. If you have a weight bench and some barbells, then yes you can work out at home. I would read some books on the subject, you can find them at your local Barnes and Noble store. Start out slow, and with lite weight.
You can work at a gym, but the personal trainer doesn't come with the membership. People at the gym can sometimes be helpful, they don't want to see you hurt yourself and they like to show off. Personal trainers cost around $65. to $100 a shot, you can also buy them in lots of 10, 12, 20 and so on. If you have the money go to the gym and get a trainer. If you don't, start off at home and work your way up.

Do you have the equipment and know how to use it? if not I would go to the gym.
