It isn't true.
The size of a penis depends on how fast blood flows through the nerves in the penis. The faster the blood flows, the bigger the pens goes.
This is also influence by what a man is thinking, listening or seeing.

it's not true. you can guesstimate if a guy has a big penis by his hairline. If he's young with a thick thick set of hair and a deep voice, or if he's in his early/mid 20's and he has a receding hairline, THAT guy has a big penis.
a guy's penis size is partly due to his testosterone levels, and too much testosterone is the most common reason guys go bald. there are other reasons so be careful.

No, there is no sure coorelation between a guy's height -- or for that matter, the size of his thumbs, his big toe or any other wive's tale -- and the size of his penis. While some tall/big men are well-hung, some are "small;" meanwhile, some shorter and/or smaller guys are hung like a horse. You really can't tell until you see the guy in all his glory.

No, that's a myth. It's like looking at their feet. I can tell you from past experience, what's down there can be very deceiving. Have fun.
