I loved my momma's gravy and meatballs, pasta with marinara or bolognese sauce, sausage and peppers, cappelletti, and cannoli. I can't quite make any of it like she could.

I am from Lexington,Kentucky and I am an excellant cook of all country cooking,but from my ethnic background[Native American]I would have to say venison,it is fat free and I love it.My Dad hunts and it is always fresh!

I am a mutt. a mix of a lot different nationalities. primarily Norwegian, Scottish and German. I like Haggis, Bratwurst, and Lefsa with a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon but not together.

Puerto Rico- Mofongo. It's mashed plantain and meat and some other delicious things. Its really hard to make too.
