Monaco would be fun. There's no doubt about that.
But, I choose Saudi Arabia. It is an absolute monarchy. I would use my wealth and power to put an end to terrorism, make peace with Israel, establish equal rights for women (voting, driving, education, employment, travel, everything else), and improve the general level of education and health throughout the country.
