Yes, it does have to do with freedom of speach, but just how much freedom do any of us have these days? Everyone is so worried about being politically correct the deny what they feel. EVERYONE experiences prejudice, not just minorities.

It is a freedom of speech, like it or not.
However there are laws about illegal activities such as cross burning etc.
They can go to jail for that
There are many groups out there that people don't agree with.
I think it is up to the local government to maintain the law.
Bush is not responsible for all the bad things in the US.

The simple fact that, as long as they don't do anything, they can still operate. Hating someone of another race isn't in itself a terrorist act. If they act on that hatred doing things like lynching minorities, bombing establishments, or burning crosses on random lawns, then they jeopardize their right to exist. The most that the organization does anymore is hold rallies. The acts that would make it impossible for the organization to exist, they stopped doing long ago.

through fact we would desire to concentration on the 'white' terrorists they seek at airports and someplace else, you comprehend the elderly nuns and elderly in walkers (heck, even the two twelve months previous that's on a terrorist watch checklist now over some suspicions of a few style) they throw in to no longer look so racist checking Muslims or Islamic. So if we pass after CAIR the ACLU will intrude and phone the FBI or whichever branch is investigating them a team of racists, xenophobes and being insensitive in the direction of CAIR, who in spite of each and every little thing is a "average middle floor Muslim team sorting out for the hobbies of yankee Muslims." yet, CAIR won't share publicly the communities foreign places that fund them. . . they want thrown out and if shown they have any style of terrorists ties, no remember how huge or little touch, thrown in Guantanamo as, nicely, what they are: spies and espionage brokers for the very enemy we are up against in this conflict. Islamic terrorists.

If you stop the operation of the KKK then you got to go after every other organization NAACP etc.....and the list goes on. I'm sorry to say this, but it is about the freedoms we are allowed in this country.

When members of the KKK have been found to commit felonies they are arrested and prosecuted.
It would be more important to go after those organizations which are on the FBI domestice terrowist list. For example, the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) which is supported by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). ALF has admited to over 140 acts of terrorism.

Yes they are terrorists. Have you noticed that terrorist organizations all fight for the same thing? They are fighting holy wars against someone. And they all cover their faces with masks of some kind. You would think that if they truly believe that they are doing gods will they would be proud to show everyone who they are. Instead they hide their identities. Odd wouldn't you say?

It *is* freedom of speech. Until they create actual plots for harming others via action, they are well within their rights. It's not my job, your job, or Bush's job to decide what they can and can't believe or you start down the slippery slope of injustice. The have just as much right to discuss what they believe as DaVinci Code protestors, war protestors, vegans (who are on the FBI watch list for terrorist orgs, lol), or abortion protestors. The whole point of the constitution is that we don't have to agree with what they say, but we have to allow them to say it. . .

I dont support the organization, but it is in the First Amendment, the right to assemble. They can do what ever they want as long as they dont threaten or harm others, and if they do, they suffer the consequences
