To prevent more lines or deepening of wrinkles, you should do the following:
1. Stay out of the sun as much as possible, and use high SPF (30 or higher) sunblock when you're in it. Neutrogena make a good one for the face; it's not too greasy and doesn't run into your eyes much (but careful if your forehead sweats a lot). The sun is the main cause of skin damage that leads to wrinkles.
2. Drink lots of water. Dehydration damages your skin too, and being dehydrated makes skin look worse.
3. Eat well and exercise. Good nutrition and circulation keep skin think and elastic.
For existing lines, you can use home microdermabrasion products from various companies. As a 33-year-old man who has used one, I can say it definitely reduces the visibility of forehead lines. If you feel strongly enough about it and have the money, get a professional treatment from a dermatologist - I think you'll want to put this off for a while though, because I doubt your lines could look that bad at 18.

Firstly, I'd suggest buying a good sunblock and apply it daily.
Then find yourself a good rejuventation product. I'd recommend a vitamin c serum, which you can apply at night and also an alpha hydroxy acid product which you can apply in the morning.
The vit c will plump up the skin and fill out the wrinkles, as well as prevent further damage to the skin and the AHA product will remove the top layers of the skin to reduce the depth of the fine lines. HTH.
Good luck : )

Your diet is part of the problem. Exercise and diet are key to healthy skin. Make sure you drink plenty of water. And, make sure you use a good moisturizer day and night. Don't forget to stay out of the sun as much as possible. Always use sunblock of 15 or higher. 18 with wrinkles is frustrating. Sorry to hear it :(

USE SUN BLOCK!!!!!!!!! And try to refrain from making exaggerated expressions it will only deepen them. Do you take good care of your skin? You should clean it every day with a product meant for your face. I use Mac's green gel cleanser and most important of all- moisturize daily ( I wash my face twice a day and always moisturize afterwards, then apply sunblock lightly and next make-up) it really helps, when I skip moisturizing I tend to notice my fine lines more. Stay away from tanning beds and the sun.

Look, if you are stressing out, go see a dermatologist. Also, ALWAYS use sunscreen on your face under your makeup. That will keep them from turning into wrinkles. Don't smoke (causes wrinkles), wear sunglasses (helps prevent crows feet around the eyes). Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Eat right and/or take a multivitamin.

ok ok calm down
are you exfoliating? no? ok. easily handled. get a loofah, or a home dermabrasion kit or some scrub- whatever, just scrub your face every night, this is to getrid of the top l;ayer of skin.
once thats doen, youre gonna need to moisturize- get stop signs by clinique. if you cant afforsd that get oil of olay total effects. and always put sunscreen on, efery day- no matter what the weather "looks lik" put that sunscreen daily. dont tan at all. ever.
and try to not stress, theres nothing worse for your looks than stress. and dont smoke or drink.

Please don't sweat the small stuff. If it really bothers you, you could try a skin firming lotion, but I really would not recommend botox. You are soo young...you should really not worry about stuff like that. I blame society and TV.

Darling, the help you need is for your brain, not your skin.
I really hate to tell you, but first you need to STAY OUT OF THE SUN, second...get over it. It's NORMAL!
