it only has 256MB of RAM (boo), like an 80GB Hard drive (boo), and a 2.53GHz intel celeron D (good). but dells are the cheapest. upgrading it with parts from ebay will help. you can spend another $85, and buy 1GB of RAM on ebay, which would kick you up to 1.25GB of RAM.
