when someone moves its really hard, for both the person who moves away and for their close friends. i've been on both sides of this. the best thing to do is just open up and be friendly to everyone, not best buds right away but dont make any enemies. start hanging out with people who are your "sorta" friends

make new friends. You're down to just one anyway so it seems you need to work on making friends.
Join a club, summer school class, sport or try volunteering. Get off the computer, turn off the TV and go outside.

dont u go to skool or at least work??? ull meet someone in there dont worry. and not because hes moving... to the other side of the world it means u two have to stop being friends, and maybe, one day u two can meet each other again and have a nice vacation together....

well start making new friends now so you won't feel so alone once he's gone. maybe even be friends with some of the other friends he is leaving. you all might have something in common.

well, you obviously have access to a computer. e-mail, and instant messaging will let u guys stay in touch.
but you can always find friends through other people-school if you still go. give it time you'll find a friend. . .
