Yep. They can use fertility drugs to stimulate your ovaries to produce many eggs, do an egg retrevial, fertilize the eggs in a dish, and reinsert them into your uterus. In the US the cost is about 10,000 per cycle and is usually not covered by insurance. Good luck!

Yup. The procedure bypasses the tubes altogether and just uses the ovaries and uterus, which were left intact after the tubal.
