I've never seen ANY of these. Which one should be the one I watch first?

They are all really intense, but good. Anyone you watch first will be fine, except for Schindler's List. I'd definitely save that for last. It's the movie that will most affect you for the rest of you life.

Wow.. all of those are must see movies in my mind except for Crash which I haven't seen. I'd start with Schinler's List. Steven Spielberg got his phd in film for doing the research for that movie. I could watch Shawshank Redemption over and over and have done so. The patriot has lots of US history in it which always interests me. Platoon really tells it like it was in Vietnam. Not always a pretty picture but definitely relevant to what's happening today in the Middle East. Green Mile is a trippy one. I'd see that second from the last. And then Crash I guess..

Never saw Crash, the other five are excellent movies. The last three are very graphic, Green Mile is very sad, and The Patriot is a good movie if you like the "retaliating Mel Gibson". Well, he's retaliating in almost every movie I've seen. He's actually the main character in a movie called Payback, that's all about redemption.

The Shawshank Redemption is awesome. I thought it would bore me but I loved it!
The Green Mile is good too.

To be honest I have only seen The Green Mile and The Patriot and I love both!! Don't feel bad, I need to see the others too!!

Good question.
I would recommend watching Shawshank Redemption first because it has been given an A+ ranking on yahoo movies.

Skip the Patriot. The Green Mile books were better than the movie. The rest are all great flicks.
