they were blamed for the death of Jesus. however, since the point of Jesus being born was to die for man's sins, it's irrational to blame his death on anyone.

Of course, besides the great tragedy of the Holocaust, which was the undeniable suffering and death and torture of milllions upon millions of innocent Jewish men, women, and children (including over 1 million children, by the way), yes, there were countless other groups murdered), but the real tragedy also was the fact that people will say, wait a minute, what exactly did Hitler have against the Jews? Did he know something that we do not? The answer is no. They were a very convenient target to scapegoat and Hitler used dehumanization of the Jews to get the German people together to hate for a single cause. There is no single greater unifier than having a common enemy and Hitler was aware of this. The Jews were an easy target because for the most part, the Catholic church preached that the Jews crucified Christ, therefore they were Christ killers and therefore they were the Anti-christ. Martin Luther who brought forth Protestanism was another vicious anti-semite. Even the word anti-semite has anti-Jewish origins. Let me explain. It was devised in pre WW2 Germany so that the German people could discuss their hatred of Jews in polite society, so that other people did not know what they were discussing. So, combine this fact with the existing fact that the Jews at that time had no homeland of their own, they were very easy to target. They also had no choice but to do banking and finance, because other positions were not open to Jews. So, that is why Jews always were seen as bankers, it was by necessity, not by choice. There were countless pogroms (liquidations of Jews in so many countries) even before Nazi Germany, but none of such magnitude or planning, engineering, etc. It was quite shocking that one of the most educated societies in the world would nearly come close to exterminating a entire group of people. The people doing the killing were doctors, biologists, Ph.D.s., etc. Truly shocking. You need to do some research on the web, but always keep in mind, that the vast majority of websites are anti-semitic in nature and of course, are biased against Jews, which are continuing Hitler's legacy. Many believe that the hatred of Jews comes from the fact that many Jews consider themselves G-ds "chosen" people. But, after careful analysis, nearly every group at one time or another has considered themselves G-d's chosen people, and they did not feel the wrath of persecution that the Jews have felt. In addition, people think it is because the Jews may not have assimilated in some socieities, but that is also false. In Nazi Germany, the Jews assimilated better than they ever did in any other society before, and they were persecuted even more. So, that theory also rings false. Other theories is because they reject Jesus Christ as their Savior, but countless other religions also reject Jesus, and they do not feel hatred and persecution because of it to the same degree that Jews do.

I have heard the theory that because they are so positive and good, that they attract more bad and are tested more, that seems very possible. The Kabbalah explains a lot of this, even though you must truly read and understand a lot of the Bible first, before delving in, or you may be confused.

It seems to me that the Jews are a people who feel marginalized and then complain about it to anyone who listens hoping to get special treatment. They have been hated by several groups throughout history and ended up in concentration camps during the second world war. If the behaviour that they have demonstrated in my lifetime is any indication of how they live then groups like the Lebanese, the people of most Arab countries including Egypt have a profound dislike for them. They rule in Hollywood, and have paved the way that the USA has gone in recent years supporting their war efforts against neighbouring countries. If you cannot see anything that they do that may irk some nations especially Palestinians then you had better take a second look. The recent statements made by Mel Gibson while arrested for drunk driving will result in some serious reprecussions for him as the Jews control much of Hollywood. Let's see how they treat him in the future.

The name Semite come from one of Noah son named Sammy.
Sammy means the one who hold good habits and very respectable human. Its said that Sammy brothers did not like him for being good to his father or his father loved him the most.
now Sammy is not Jewish by all means Sammy is the father of most of the Middle east. why the people in the west used the term anti-Semitics only on Jews maybe because Jews lived in the west they look different they eat different food they pray differently

As soon as there is something, no matter what it is SOMEONE hates it. Not everyone knows why but it's there. I'm not Jewish but I'm not anti-semetic. In my opinion, as long as they're true in what they think. As long as they believe they're truely doing the right thing, even if I don't agree with it, I don't care. It hasn't helped that many people believe it was the Jews fault that Jesus died, it was everyone who ever sinned's fault.
