I would go see your doc. & get a check-up.
Your lack of energy & feeling sick could mean many things.
It would be difficult to diagnose without proper testing.

It is a good idea to have your doctor do some routine tests to check to see if you have any problems first. Eat a balanced diet full of a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water everyday, at least 6-8 glasses per day. Take a multi-vitamin and mineral everyday.Also what does help is to get plenty of sleep and reduce as much stress from your life as possible.

Yes, try vitamins as mentioned. But if you start having a sore throat and swollen glands you might have mono. That's how mine started how...very weak and tired, then my throat.

could be many things 1st try B 12 and Iron..lots of water when youre dehydrated it makes you feel this way...when you think youve drank enough water drink some more.so try these for beginners hope you feel better....
