If you take your time & change your eating habits & excercise,
you should be able to. It's good to join a teen sports group. So, it won't seem so much work, have fun losing the weight. Your stamina will also increase. So, the more weight you lose, the more weight you can lose.

Yes, and the younger you are, the more chance there is that it will snap back. I am 30 and I've lost over 100 lbs and most of mine did snap back. What little part did not is not noticeable.

You can always have surgery for loose skin later in life. But that isn't a lot of weight and you're young so you should be just fine. If you were older and it were 150 lbs or more, I'd say it may hang.

Good for you for wanting to lose weight! I admire you for it.

Yes, at 27 I changed by lifestyle to include healthier foods, smaller portions and a lot more exercise. I lost 35 pounds in 6 months and I didn't have any loose hanging skin. At 16, your skin is that much more elastic than mine was at 27, so you should be able to lose weight, firm up and look great.

Yes. Definetly, but there is only one way, which is Exercise. i have seen many surgeries on TV and they have all that hanging skin because they would lose like 30 lbs in a month, your bady needs time to reframe itself, i have also seem people lose weight the natural slow way, by diet n exercise. and it looks so lovely, there body looks like they were never overweight. target your areas, and work on them. i myself have about 70 lbs to lose, and i know exactly how to lose them but i just had a baby and ive been kind of depressed about my post-body, therefore i havent the willpower yet. but you can do it! your yooung. its best to start now. be an inspiration.
