He's a depressed guy because he never got any chicks in high school. So he's trying to get attention by being cocky and he thinks he funny when he teases. He's also somewhat immature and a hypocrite. He's unfunny, he's annoying, he complains a lot from work or simple things. When we're just hanging around and there's nothing to do, he pretends to snore and thinks its funny but really pisses the &^*( out of me.

Sounds like he's just annoying but why do you consider him your friend? Has he done something for you that only a friend would do or did he just start hanging out one day and hasn't gone away? If so just consider him an acquaintance and ignore him as best as you can.

Why would you hang around somebody who has the need for constant attention? Tell it like it is and put him in his place. If he really is your friend, he'll stop doing what he's doing. If he doesn't listen, don't waste your time being around him and find new friends.
