My new wife got her tubes tibe, but she wants a baby, is there any way.... she is 26//

She will have to either have surgery to reverse the tubal ligation, or you will need to try in-vitro fertilization to bypass the blocked tubes. Either way may be costly and she'll have to consult a doctor to see which is the most feasible in her case.

She can maybe, but only through the help of the doctor. She could have surgrey to untie her tubes or something.

It might be a little costly but you could get them reversed and she may be able to get pregnant. If not, I'm sure they could take eggs from her ovary and do IVF.
