i'd go for what ever colors. but stay natural. i reccomend black mascara(just a little) gold or pink eye shadow, a little black eye liner, light pink lipstick with a clear gloss, no lip liner, light pink nail polish, a bronzer(i reccomend neutrogena) and a natural blush. that is about what i use and i am a strawberry blond with pale skin. i also have freckles. the black mascara makes my eyes stand out a lot. i have green-blue eyes.

Use black or dark brown mascara.
I always like the natural look so opt for a brown eye shadow and blend it well so that you don't have line.
If you need eye liner, use brown at the base of your top eye lashes.
Stick with tinted lip balm.
Blush is unnecessary in my opinion because most people don't apply it correctly or they use to much.

Have fun with your nail polish. Use it to reflect your personality. Just make sure your nails are neat and trimmed.

I know that Almay has special eye shadow and eye liner colors to enhance each eye color, use lip liner one shade darker than your lips (but not too dark), lipstick that is a shade lighter than the lip liner, nail polish doesn't matter, and use foundation that matches your skin tone (skin color), mascara color depends on how dark and dramatic you want your eyes, and lastly I would use clear lip gloss to go over your lip stick. Hope I helped.

first of all how old are you, because certian makeup can make you look cheap and if youre older some makeup makes you look like youre trying to look too young, and the eyeshadow can make you look tired.as far as mascara, always wear natural colors, like brown drk brown or black, any other crazy color is so 80's. eyeshadow is nice in earthy tones, and very light frosty on the top below your brow. the best mascara ive used so far is by lancome, i have very short and blonde lashes, and the black is awsome, (trust me, ive tried every type known to man.) if budget is limited, loreal is great too, the volumonous (sp) i think its made by lancome. lipstick should look natural, unless youre going out for the night. i like the light tans and definitely glossy there is the lip plumpers that dont always plumb your lips, but they make excellent glosses and you dont have to wear liner. the best liners ive tried, eye and lip are MAC,they are really soft, and go on like silk, but the wet and wild are cool too and i think they are like a buck or so. as far as blush, i always wear bronzer, it looks really natural and gives you a glow...you can find cheap ones like bonnie bell just to try it out, and most stores like walgreens etc will take returns on makeup after you try it, as long as you have the reciept and its not too used. nails are a free for all, if you dont have any restrictions at work or school. i like the browns and very dark blues for eyeliners and i love the liquid black or brown liner for the top of your eyes just above the lashes and extend a little past your eyes, check out some magazines for the way some stars wear their makeup.
i love the eyeshadow undercoat, you put it on first and it makes your shadow stick for like 8hours, and there is still some lipsticks that make the stay on stuff, its great, because it stains your lips underneath and you can put another color on top and even when the top comes off, the stay on stuff is still there. revlon makes the colorstay one. (but be careful not to put too much on or it feels really cakey...just like one swoop on each lip.)

the most important thing though, is to get a really great facial creme, and make sure it has sunscreen in it if you are outside a lot. if youre young, start early, i used baby lotion for years when i was in grammer school, and then moved onto better ones, you can skimp or go cheap on the other stuff, but base makeup and skin creme should be really good. loreal makes a great one called vite e, in a white bottle with a pump. its not too pricey, maybe 6 or 7bucks, another great one for dry skin is clinique moisture surge gel, its pink, a little more pricey, but its excellent....(and ive learned over the years you have to rotate the crops like shampoo because at some point your skin gets used to the creme and you need something more.) another excellent product for around your eyes and the rest of your face is a product called "Capture" by Christian Dior, its a little pricey, but oh so worth it, i got wrinkles around my eyes from too much sun over the years, and i started using that and they went away! even people started to notice...

i guess the main thing to remember is not to wear too much makeup, esp around your eyes, because blue eyes are so beautiful, you dont want to hide them. a lot of women (like me) try to wear eye colors to draw attention to my eyes, because they are hazel, but blue stands out,(youre lucky). also i am blonde naturally, (dingy dishwater color,)so i change my hair color all the time, and the best color i found so far is a chesnut brown, it has a little red in it and it REALLY brings out my eyes, and they look greener. anyway, good luck, and dont forget to hold your head high and walk with confidence, and everyone will not only notice your eyes, but the whole beautiful package!
