Is your son in the first house(rising) or the second house? Makes a BIG difference. As does where Uranus is and where Neptune is and what aspects they make. I mean, you could have Aquarius rising and people might thing you are cold and unemotional, and a total fruitloop. Pisces sun, they might think you a crybaby, or a druggie/alcoholic. There are too many general descriptions. Maybe you have a handicap. Maybe you work in the medical field. Maybe you're a lawyer working in a free legal clinic. That's why you need specifics.
