I mean when you're watching a movie in the theatre on television and you see a blatant screw up *like when a character's costume changes during the same scene or in one scene a guy has a beard, no beard in the next scene and then it appears again*

10 points to whoever comes up with one that makes you wonder if the editor still had a job when the film was over.

I have seen a lot in my time, but since I am a huge Star Wars geek, I will just point out a few of my favorites from that series!
1. Stormtroopers rushing after Han Solo, Luke, and Leia on the Death Star in A New Hope; the door raises open, one trooper goes too fast before he has clearance and smacks his head!
2. Leia's blaster sounds like a shotgun for a few shots before she and Luke swing to safety on the Death Star in A New Hope.
3. Darth Vader speaking to Grand Moff Tarkin on the first Death Star in A New Hope, continues to gesture even after he has finished his lines! Reminiscent of Power Rangers!
Okay, like I promised, just a few.

This isn't exactly a flub, but it is a part of urban lore:

In the movie "Three men and a baby", there is a scene where Ted Danson's mom is visiting and you can see what looks like a ghostly apparition lurking behind a curtain. But if you get a closer look, it's a cardboard cutout of Danson in a tuxedo.

Eerie!

well there's the movie Ghost (I think) were there looks like there's a guy in the window but it was just a cardboard cutout. And in Titanic, the note that Jack gives to Rose saying "Meet me up the stairs for a real party" turns from White to Yellow (or maybe from Yellow to White..can't remember) in between two scenes!!!

in "House Party" there is a statue of Elvis that they break.
it falls onto the floor and breaks into a 100 pieces at least.

But yet 2 min later when the main star of thr story wakes up from fainting, one of the othrs is holding a perfectly looking statue.

The scene in "Ghost " where they're hands are wet with clay and when Demi's character turns and puts her hands on "Sam" for their passionate kiss scene, both of their hands are clean.

i know several but one of my favorites is in mean girls:
when Cady walks in on Janice and Damien they throw the popcorn cause they were scared you know? but after when the camera went on Cady's face, then returned to Janice and Damien, the popcorn bowl was full!
and my other favorite was in pretty woman:
when they were in the opera and Richard Gere was explaining to Julia Roberts what those glasses things were, he called her Julia, when her characters name was Vivian!
