Well, first a winning record would help. The Astros are not going to have another magical comeback like last year. The Reds will probably win the wild card this year.

I doubt it. They don't provide enough run support for their pitchers. Roger Clemens has a 2.09 earned run average, and is just 2-4. Roy Oswalt is upset that his name was mentioned in trade rumors, so that won't help team chemistry. They have a halfway decent bullpen, but no clear-cut closer who can be dominant. I think the wild card will come out of the National League West.

Nope, the Astros management pissed all their players off by saying they would trade them. Lidge and Oswalt got mad. Anyway the Astros are doing horrible this year.

No. Way too many teams to have to leapfrog over to catch Cincinnati, and their hitting is abysmal at .255 for the team. Near the bottom of the majors in HR's, runs scored, and stolen bases.
Pitching only gets you so far if you can't score any runs.

I doubt it. But then again...I doubted it last year too.
Maybe I should stop doing that.
I want them to win it!! I just don't think its going to happen with our poor offense and angry pitchers.
