When I click on my IM toolbar to send smileys, etc...my IM shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Need help...miss the smileys and ink color.
I know this is wrong category, but need answers.

uninstall the current version and delete that, run antivirus,download the latest version and installe.

Delete the file and redo it until it works other wise just try smiley central is free DUH!!
