Use a make-up sponge for better blending. Make sure the sponge is slightly damp. Run it under water then squeeze out as much of the water as you can. It'll also prevent you from using too much foundation. You want your foundation to look natural not like you're actually wearing any foundation. Blend it well under your jaw line and near your ears so it doesn't look like you're wearing a mask.

Well, I use a brush, and it turns out fine if you use a powder, but if you use a liquid, then a sponge would probably be better, so you can blend it in. Just whatever you do, if you use a liquid and then a powder, wait for a little bit before you put on the powder, because if you do, then the liquid will clump and smudge.

i use alexis vogel foundation and i've found that when i want a more matte/heavy finish a sponge works best. when i need a lighter finish i use a brush. the brush takes getting used to but overall i think the look is better on most people.

On the rare ocassion I wear it- cream or liquid foundation apply w/a damp sponge & apply powder with a dry sponge.
And don't sleep with it on no matter how tired or drunk you are when you come in, (LOL) cleanse your face of all makeup at the end of your day or night.

It depends on the type of foundation you are using for dry foundations a brush would work better and for cream foundations a sponge or your fingers would work better. You can check some out at www.marykay.com/kfrench2006 and ask her for free samples

sponge, if you use a brush for foundation, the brush will generally not be big enough. however, for eye makeup, a small brush works best for oil or water-based eyeshadow.

that depends wt kind of foundation they are using, cream, powder etc... the best is cream which is used with a sponge..
BUT if u have pimples,,, black heads... acnes... BECAREFUL coz believe me foundation makes them worse by spreading them... for example if u have an acne on ur cheek, then u put foundation on ur cheek n spread u'll be spreading the acne's germs too causing more acne on ur cheek,,, so if u wanna use foundation make sure u clean ur face very good afterwards
