Not sure your'e serious , however, so far as I'm aware, you don't need one if it is already "built " into your T.V.

Yes, there IS a company called "Top-Up TV" and for a monthly fee (used to be about £8) their card gives you access to certain additional digi channels that AREN'T the free ones, but I note that you're asking for a card HOLDER - I've never seen one advertised, so you might need to get a complete Top-Up TV box if you want those additional channels (from any of the High Street usuals.) Another thing would be to ask TUTV for assistance.
