My computer screen was flipped sideways and i have to tilt my head to the right to be able to read everything?

if this is a CRT (the really big ones that take up a lot of space), then you can just rotate it. if this is a flat panel, go to the options for your monitor, the controls are usually on your monitor. change em from there.
