So many reasons...
Maybe she was bored; girls do werid and spontaneous things when we're bored.
Maybe she wanted something more than a paper bag with two holes on it.
Maybe it was a bet.
Maybe she's just paranoid about everything (like me).

There are a number of possible reasons if I stretched a little with my imagination. It might a humiliation exercise, but it can be something sorority related as opposed to a BDSM thing. It might be health related for all we know.
