There are rarely 2 people who always want sex at the same time and with the same frequency. And masturbation is private, it is, quite simply, none of your business when he masturbates. If it is not an addiction which would greatly interfere with his life and yours, let it go. We all have sexual needs and it is a privilege to have a partner, not an absolute right, even if you are married. And since it is a need the powers that be saw fit to put our arms within reach of our, how should I say, "happy places". Same as we can feed ourselves and wipe our butts, we can touch ourselves in a sexual manner. Leave him be and if he is shaking the bed and disturbing you go to the second bedroom. Peace.

Its not that YOU don't satisfy him! Don't let yourself think that way. He may have a bigger sex drive than you and is doing it in between OR he is a porn junkie and is fantasizing (NOT GOOD). It is a big issue as this will lead to an unhappy sex life between you and him. I wouldn't make him feel embarrassed about it but I'd talk with him and tell him how much it concerns you and how you feel that it is because of you. Talk it over and maybe you both can do stuff to "satisfy" this need he has and to get him to stop doing that.

First you need to recognize that the problem here is that it bothers you. That's what you need to change.
Most of the advice you've already gotten here looks pretty good to me. Notice that people understand that it's not a matter of you not being good enough. You've got to forget about that worry - it's simply not the case.

I hate to put another spin on this, but have you thought that he is interested in someone else? She may be making him hot and horny, and he doesn't want you to know. He maybe thinking of her as he cums. You may be a distraction from his self gratification ( He is probably thinking that he is doing her) He just might slip if you were around and say her name.
But on the other hand,If you know he's masturbating, HELP HIM........ How do you know he is??????????

Why does it bother you? It is something that he is doing for himself that he enjoys. Why don't you help him out. Have him tell you how he likes it done and do it for him. It can be very satisfying for both of you

Oh c'mon, there are still women who feel masturbation is wrong?
Wake up: all guys do it. They can be having the most fantastic sex every day, and they will still masturbate.
If you feel that your sex life is not where you would like it to be, talk to your husband and see if there's something he would really like you to do. But masturbation, by itself, doesn't mean anything.

It is perfectly natural. Dont let it worry or bother you. If you are very concerned ask him outright if you are doing what he likes etc. If you are then there is nothing to worry about. Men and women have different libido's. Ask him and find out. Bet you will find it is nothing to worry with.

use a sex toy on yourself! certainly doesn't hurt and you might not get so bothered by your husband masturbating so much! ask him to help you and then it might lead to something nice afterwards. Good luck!
