Yes, we have this cool ability to vote for someone. If the President wants to run for a third term and the people wnat to vote him in for a third..than by all means let's do it.

Leave it alone. Granted, Clinton could've stayed on a couple of more terms- but then Reagan stayed on for one term too many- & I can't WAIT for G.W. to be forgotten- So it all balances out as being something that doesn't need "fixing."
