Let me start by saying that I have had an IUD for about 2 1/2 years with no problems. But I have been having a little more than spotting on and off again for about three weeks any idea why. ( I have never been like clock work but my periods are usually only change by a few days maybe a week from month to month) Should I be worried or not? I feel fine, no fever, some extremly mild cramping, and no foul odor. It like I get a small gush and then its done and then it could happen later that day or maybe not again til the next day. Anyone got a clue whats going on?

I would defiantly go see your doc.
It's difficult to diagnose without proper testing.
My girlfriend got pregnant with an IUD.
She had to give birth with the IUD still implanted.
Her son weight 2 lbs @ birth. He is alive & thriving.

The only thing that I can think of is stress, but you should go see a doctor. They are the only ones that can tell you what is really going on. It could be nothing or it could be something. It is better to be safe. I have been going to the same doc. for about 5 years know and I can just call and ask a question maybe you don't have to go. You could try just calling and seeing if there is even any need in you coming in to see them or if they can tell you that things are normal.? Good luck!!
