chris is right,... obviously. but there are those like myself who actually have a degree and or 20 years under their belt, who do an artistic job at well below the average prices. i myself wouldnt mind doing it, however, travel from memphis to wherever you are is highly unlikely, at the price.
your best bet is to go to the subdivisions that are in construction phase and check out the crews that way.
likely the smaller crews have fewer payroll. passing the savings. it is a one man job to be technical though. negotiations are a part of the territory. dont be embarrassed by haggling.
