i've never been one for 'heros' or hero-worship, however, if there was one, it would be my dad. he was a kind & gentle man who supported the family, knew lots of things, willing to share what he knew to his family & others who were genuinely interested and was fun to share time. the other was a teacher in high school. he, like my dad, had all the wonderful qualities in life that people should aspire (to become) in adulthood. the real heros in life are the ones who touch & alter your life in the best possible way. know 'em? oh yes! want to be them? a double oh yes! we should be all that lucky to have one. have two? wow!

I agree with Marshall. My parents and my older brother are my heroes. I know their flaws and their strengths. Good points and bad.
