it dosen't "get rid of" but it does make the pimples dry out and the go away quick-er

I can't say that I've ever tried to use toothpaste on my face... it's just seems so sticky , I have used "proactive" and it's awesome ! You can get it on line or by phone. It;s not very expensive and like I said if you want a good fix, try that product !!!

I've heard that it dries out where the skin is greasy, so the pimple goes away. But I don't think it'd work for full-on acne.

Never heard of it. Sounds like an urban legend. Use something with salicylic acid. It works the best.

tooth paste works, preparation H works too, I know it sounds really gross but by a tube and it truly shrinks bad pimples. I am also big on Proactive I use it everyday and cannot live without it. You start and you can't stop.

I tried it, but it doesn't work well on me. It stopped the acne from surfacing, but stayed red and dry and ugly a lot longer than if I hadn't used it.

I tried the method, and it works, but I prefer using something thats not as minty on my face.

I've heard that too, but only here, so it may be crap.

It is good at getting bar stamps off your hand in the morning.
